With Moderate Data/Control, ACS can provide a (ECP) Extruder Control Panel. The panel integrates all the 480V motor control for lube oil, cooling, vacuum starters, and side feeder drives.  All heating controls are in the same panel. The panel is typically mounted next to the extruder with the HMI mounted in one of the three (3) doors.  The HMI is capable of real-time control online trending.
