With Low Data/Control a simple panel is constructed with push button and manual extruder speed controls.  Extruder temperature control is completed with stand-alone controllers.  All feeder controls are stand-alone with the exception of a hardwired interlock.  All 480V control for motors and heating are mounted in the same panel.  There is no HMI on the system.  All extruder and auxiliary equipment is controlled through main drive speed-pot and pushbutton start/stop control.
