With Extreme Data/Control, ACS provides our CCC (Compounding Control Center) with integrated MCC, main drive, and heater panel. All of these components are part of an environmentally controlled building. All equipment (main drive, MCC, feeders, heating and material handling) is integrated to the HMI for complete control of the line by the operator.

All I/O for the controls system is brought back to strategically placed remote I/O enclosures. There is no need for long runs of wire and conduit to the CCC. The main HMI is located in a Nema 4X enclosure located at the extruder. The HMI is capable of real-time control, trending, and online SPC. The PLC’s and HMI have easy connectivity to an all major brands of data historians.
